It's a great hotel for the value of money. The staff are friendly and attend to your needs immediately. I have decided to extend my stay further due to having the management and staff friendly attitude and their lovely services towards me and my family. I do recommend this hotel to everybody who is looking for a good relaxing place and close to Souq Waki and Cournish area.

Only two things 1. The bed wasn't comfy 2. The WC only not the whole toilet

It was a little run-down, not particularly clean and in a completely useless location for someone staying overnight on an airport layover. We were extremely misled by the Booked.net site as we booked via the Retaj Hotel site on Booked.net (near airport, with pool and restaurant) but ended up at the Retaj Suites (far from airport, no eating establishments within walking distance and no pool). Not happy!

Budget, Staff, also I appreciate that they called me after I came back home just to ask me about my satisfaction.

Location, and we were four persons and only one bathroom inside the apartment.

Travelled with a friend for a week - there on business. Nice apartment hotel with convenience of cleaners and other hotel staff but space and independence of an apartment. Would consider staying again if we could get it at a reasonable price (paid 5,500QR couple of months before staying which went up to nearly four times as much the week before we arrived if we'd have booked then!)

Useless location for holidaying purposes unless you are happy to take a taxi everywhere (in which case it isn't that far from anywhere in particular). Local area quite run down ....although more authentic you could say!

Retaj inn Hotel is a well design, minimalist, efficient built hotel- apartement. The room is very clean, And very polite hotel staff, from manager, receptionist to room service crew. I highly recommend this hotel to people who plan to stay for a week or more. Price wise is also very affordable.
